Back in May 2006, Sanaa Lathan rocked this black and white ensemble at the 14th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Party. Prior to this, Sanaa wore this number for the first time at the Toronto Film Festival to support her film, "Out of Time" back in September 2003.
