Wearing a Fendi fur wrap, Sharon Stone flaunt her lean physique in a metallic gray waist-deep neckline dress at the amfAR's Inaugural Cinema Against AIDS event in Rome.

Also with dead animal fur shrug was Star Jones Reynolds in the same Fendi gown as Sharon at the 2007 Angel Ball in New York.
