MOST-IMPROVED 2007: CIARA

Since the album release of "Ciara: The Evolution", R&B songstress Ciara trade in her tomboy style look from her "Goodies" era to a modern girly take. By the end of 2007, the face of Rocawear Women found a modern, fresh and hip style all to her own liking.

The ATL-based R&B singer has since embraced the high end fashion of Gucci, Versace, Max Azria, Cavalli, Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Saab, and Versace.

At the 2007 World Music Awards, Ciara was Gucci-obsessed. For the pre-party, Ciara rock this sequin backless Gucci number. At the actual show, Ciara wore another floor-length Gucci number.

At the 2007 Grammy's, Ciara wore a gold and cream Roberto Cavalli halter. For her birthday celebration at Runway in New York City, Ciara partied in a gold seuqin Just Cavalli mini.

Posing outside of Bryant Park, Ciara flaunt her dancer legs in a pair of YSL tribute platforms. For the 20th Annual Kids' Choice Awards,Ciara put in this black YSL poplin halter, which she completed with a pair of black and white YSL heels.

In a gray and black sequin Dolce & Gabbana mini, Ciara attended 50 Cent's "Curtis" Vegas bash. For the Fashion Rocks New York, Ciara wore a floor-length Elie Saab gown. At the Spring 2008 runway show of Max Azria, Ciara wore a purple and black strapless column made by the designer.

At the 2007 Hip-Hop Honors, Ciara dazzled in a metallic silver Versace mini. Ciara rock a body-hugging Herve Leger at Clive Davis' pre-Grammys bash.
