Kerry Washington arrived at MTV's "TRL" to premiere her directing debut for the Common-"I Want You" music video. The Bronx-born actress wore this red eyelet Nanette Lepore belted dress.

Kerry's eyelit pencil dress has a look-a-like which prices at $362 over at Nanette Lepore's Neiman Marcus online boutique. Unlike Kerry's belted look, the style featured at Neiman Marcus has a bow fitted at the waist which is ideal for the holiday season.
