Alicia Keys, Iman, Zoe Kravitz, and Jessica Alba used their celebrity platform to raise awareness about Keep A Child Alive's "Good Cents Initiative" advertising campaign.

Each AD shows the fashion-forward ladies demonstrating the strength and value of a penny.

Here's what the caption on each shot says: “Every penny counts. We see every penny as something worth saving. Please join us in helping children in Africa and India get the vital AIDS drugs they need. For information on how you or your company can join the fight, contact www.keepachildalive.org.”
