As reported on earlier Mya and Nelly Furtado both wore the same lavender strapless dress and now thanks to J.L, Obsessed-Hoopla is proud to introduce you to the designer as Canada's own, Arthur Mendonça.

Mya and Nelly both look glamorous in a beautiful Arthur Mendonça Spring 2008 gown. (FYI: Mya performed in a black high-waisted number from the designer.) Mischa Barton and Tyra Banks are loyal fans of his colorful elegant work.

Personally, I love the last arrow of MENDONÇA's blue dresses and that belted yellow tulle-like frock. I love the hemline and the details on that one black sleeveless dress. MENDONÇA is one fashion designer to watch in the coming years.
